Mr. Serge Boileau graduated from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in 1984, obtained his C.A. designation in 1986 and his Master in Business Administration from McGill University in 1990.

Prior to joining Canderel in 1987, Mr. Boileau spent three years with a large regional firm of chartered accountants, handling the management of audits for a varied range of clients, including several clients in the construction and real estate industry.

Mr. Boileau administers the accounting of all Canderel's projects. He oversees the administration of both new project development and the management of existing buildings within Canderel’s own portfolio and also for a variety of third-party-owned projects.

As Vice-President responsible for all facets of the accounting department, Mr. Boileau directs a staff of over twenty people. He is also responsible for the accounting computer software systems, and plays an active role in tax planning and cash management.
