Mr. Richard Diamond joined Canderel in 1981 and was appointed Senior Vice-President in November 2006. His current responsibilities include overseeing the commercial division of Canderel's south west Ontario office in Toronto.

Mr. Diamond's deep knowledge of the real estate business backed up by many years of hands-on experience and strength in acquisitions and dispositions, new development, land development, rezoning, property and asset management, marketing and leasing, have provided the Canderel organization significant muscle power and leadership in the real estate marketplace.

Mr. Diamond is also involved in a variety of philanthropic initiatives and sits on a number of boards.

Mr. Diamond obtained his B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1981.
