Peter Picciola is the Vice President of Leasing & Development, Montreal, and is responsible for the performance of all of the assets owned and managed by Canderel in the Quebec region. The portfolio is comprised of over 25 office, retail and industrial buildings for a total of 3.5 Million square feet.

His responsibilities extend beyond the leasing of the existing portfolio and touch on asset management, property management, marketing, acquisitions, disposition, development, municipal relations, and managing partner relationships with clients from Canada, the USA, and Europe. In the 9 years since his arrival at Canderel he has been involved in the negotiation of hundreds of transactions involving millions of square feet with such clients as AXA, AECOM, Banque Nationale, Canadian Institute for Health Information, Laurentian Bank, PWGSC, IBM, CSC, CGI and most recently, the planning and development of Bell Canada’s 840,000 square foot LEED certified corporate offices.

Prior to joining Canderel Mr.Picciola spent close to 6 years as a commercial broker with one of Montreal's leading firms specializing in leasing transactions on behalf of corporate space users across a broad spectrum of industries. Mr.Picciola holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Concordia University.
