Mr. Paul Goblot has accumulated over 25 years of experience in real estate through positions in entrepreneurial, institutional and developmental environments. Throughout, his focus has been on providing strong financial analysis and recommendations for investment decision-making. With an MBA in finance and international business from McGill University and a CFA designation, Mr. Goblot has the training and experience to tackle the most complex projects.

Mr. Goblot developed an astute business sense in the mid 80's as he established a small real estate company involved in the acquisition, leasing and renovation of small residential properties in Montreal.

In the early 90's, he turned his sights towards institutional property investment when he joined the head office of the Canadian subsidiary of a major UK-based insurance company. Working in the capacity of asset management, Mr. Goblot was responsible for recommending strategies and portfolio direction in order to maximize portfolio value through the optimal allocation and use of resources. In this position, he assessed the viability and profitability of re-development projects.

In later years there the greatest challenge was provided by an avalanche of foreclosed properties into the portfolio. His ability to dissect and diagnose possible deficiencies and provide solutions were instrumental in helping the institution cope with this foreclosure crisis.

With Canderel, Mr. Goblot focuses on providing financial analyses and guidance to assist in investment decision making. His keen analytical ability and real estate knowledge are used in the analysis of potential sales, acquisitions, dispositions and development projects.
