Mr. Oakley Semple joined Canderel in 1982 as Senior Vice-President where he supervised the growth of the Ottawa office.

Mr. Semple has over 35 years experience in the real estate industry. He is actively involved in all facets of the real estate process including site acquisition, concept, design, construction, leasing, and ongoing management.

Prior to joining Canderel, Mr. Semple worked as a mortgage broker within one of Canada's leading financial institutions.

Mr. Semple has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
