Mr. Lance LeBlanc, IT consulting and services expert, joined the Canderel team in 2000. Over the last decade Mr. LeBlanc has overseen the company's Information Technology operations in Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto and has played a pivotal role in moving the company to the leading edge of the industry from a technology perspective.

Mr. LeBlanc manages ITS’ (Information Technology Services) daily operations and is responsible for translating organizational strategy into operational objectives and goals.  He also oversees Integrated Communications, Administration and ITS Information Security. As part of his operations role, Mr. LeBlanc is leading an initiative to implement Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), a set of best practices for management, and is responsible for development and implementation of IT policy.

In 2010, Mr. LeBlanc assumed the role of Vice President of Information
Technology where he currently oversees global infrastructure and information systems.  He develops Canderel IT strategy, continues to align solutions with the business, and manages a capable IT team located in three cities.
