James Deitcher joined Canderel in 2008. Prior to joining Canderel, Mr. Deitcher worked as a development coordinator on a number of landmark residential projects in downtown Toronto. He also gained experience as a financial analyst for one of the largest institutional real estate investment firms in Washington DC.

In his role as a Development Manager with Canderel, Mr. Deitcher is responsible for evaluating potential acquisitions, managing project finances, and coordinating the residential team through each stage of the development cycle.

Mr. Deitcher graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and attended the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University where he completed his Master of Business Administration in 2008.
