Mr. Gary Graham joined Canderel in 2005 as Vice President of Operations. His primary role is to oversee a team of professional managers situated in Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa.

Mr. Graham's responsibilities include ensuring that quality standards of operations are maintained, that accurate and timely financial performance analysis and reporting are respected. In addition, Canderel's quality tenant service is a continuous priority. Finally, he assists in due diligence relative to potential acquisitions or management mandates.

Prior to joining Canderel, Mr. Graham spent over 30 years in commercial real estate financing, the last seven with Scotia Capital as Managing Director.
