Daniel Peritz joined Canderel in September 1983. His current responsibilities include all aspects of the Quebec Division as well as the Ottawa region’s real estate activities including; asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, construction, partner relations, and municipal relations.  In his 29 years at Canderel, he has levered his broad industry knowledge into many of the company’s more significant and complex transactions.

Mr. Peritz is a Board Member of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan of Montreal and is a member of its Finance Committee.  He is a past President of the Board of Directors of UDI of Quebec and is currently a member of their Honorary Board of Governors.
