Canderel has been engaged by Iridian Spectral Technologies to construct a 43,000 square foot state of the art office and high tech manufacturing facility in the Hawthorne Business Park.  The building is situated on a 2.2 acre site and will feature 18,000 square feet of office space over two floors and 25,000 square feet of full height and high tech manufacturing space.  Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2012.
