$30M luxury project to offer wide range of high-end features

A residence for seniors that's being described as a "five-star hotel" is being planned for Westboro, on the site of a parking lot.

The $30-million luxury living project will be a six-story retirement residence on Richmond Road, called Amica at Westboro Park. The parkign lot served the former Denis Coolican building, which is now the headquarters of Canderel.
