Originally scheduled to be released in phases alongside the two towers of the Residences of College Park, developer Canderel Stoneridge instead held off releasing the project's 12 townhouses until now, under the name Parkview Gardens. The homes are situated behind the buildings, with views of the park next door. Designed to mimic the style of the towers, they feature stone, stucco and glass exteriors.
