Toronto, September 9, 2003-- Canderel Stoneridge Equity Group, a leading Canadian residential condominium developer and the award-winning company behind many of Toronto's most exciting real estate projects, is launching a new online chat service for condominium shoppers in the GTA. The service allows consumers to interact live and in real-time with Canderel Stoneridge sales professionals, while virtually touring any of the Company's condo websites.

The Company expects that the feature will be fully operational as of Wednesday September 10, 2003.

As the first developer to offer a ‘virtual sales centre' in Canada, Canderel Stoneridge's online chat room lets consumers get detailed, up-to-the-minute information about suite selections and availability, features and special unannounced offers and bonuses, while being given the opportunity to book an in-person appointment with a sales representative.
