Development Company Acquires Management Contracts
Montreal, May 1, 2008 – The Canderel Group of Companies (www.canderel.com), a leader in the Canadian real estate development industry announced today that the firm has entered into an agreement with Gestions Planeta S.E.C. to act as both property and leasing managers for 1100 Cremazie East, 2120 Sherbrooke East and 4940-4966 Queen Mary. The portfolio is comprised of over 300,000 sq. ft. of office space.
