The Canderel Group of Companies (www.canderel.com), a leader in the Canadian real estate development industry announced today that the firm has entered into an agreement with KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, a Frankfurt based leading German open ended fund initiator with over EUR6,470,000,000.00 of real estate under management worldwide, to act as the property manager of the E-Commerce Place office complex which is located on Rene-Levesque Blvd. The property is comprised of two towers totalling 960,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space. Notable tenants include CGI, IBM and Computer Science Corporation.
