The Canderel Group announced today that along with a major Canadian Pension fund it has purchased 650 Finley Ave in Ajax Ontario.

This industrial property, currently vacant and available for lease, consists of approximately 128,000 s.f. comprising 121,000 s.f. of warehouse along with 7,000 s.f. of office space.

With ceiling heights of 24 feet, 10 truck level loading docks, 30 foot by 40 foot bay sizes, and a 4000 amp. electrical entry, the property is well suited for manufacturing, production, and distribution uses.

The property is strategically situated in the south Ajax Industrial District, approximately 1.5 km. from the Westney Road entrance to Highway 401, the Greater Toronto Area's prime east/west highway.

"This project represents the continued diversification of the Canderel Group's activities within the south west Ontario market" said Richard Diamond, Vice President.

Other projects include the recent completion of One Riverside Drive West the new corporate headquarters of Daimler Chrysler Canada in Windsor, The Waterford Condominium development along the Lake Ontario waterfront in Toronto, College Park Condominiums on Bay Street in Toronto, and the Massey Harris Lofts and DNA Condominium developments in the "hot" King West district of Toronto.
