Canderel and Amica celebrated the official groundbreaking.

Canderel has teamed up with Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. to construct Amica at Westboro Park, a $30 million, five-star retirement residence. Comprising of approximately 140 suites, including a 29-suite assisted-living floor, the residence will set a new benchmark for luxury retirement living in Ottawa. On-site amenities will include a grand lobby, indoor swimming pool, home theatre room, English-style pub, fine dining, private dining room, spa & salon, as well as Amica's trademark Wellness & Vitality™ Centre. This initial development marks the beginning of a joint-venture and joint-equity partnership involving Canderel and Amica.
