Canderel assembled a 300,000 sq. ft. downtown site and developed the initial steps which led to the creation of a twin tower state of the art office development. The project is located on Rene Levesque Boulevard West between Mountain and Lucien L’Allier Streets, steps from the Metro station.

The complex’s first phase is home to CGI’s offices (530,000 sq. ft.) and the second phase (430,000 sq. ft.) houses IBM and CSC. The 2 phases are linked by a ground floor atrium which serves as the entrance as well as the property’s food court. The complex, in the heart of downtown Montreal is complete with state of the art technology and tenant amenities. Purchased by a European investment group in 2007, Canderel was appointed property manager of the complex in 2008.

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) awarded E-Commerce Place with The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) award for 2009 at both the local and national levels. This award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding excellence in office building management.
