777 Bay Street in Toronto is the most recent Canderelmanaged building to have received a BOMA BESt certification.
777 Bay Street achieved BOMA BESt Level 3, which means that all the BOMA Go Green BESt Practices in environmental management have been met and that the score on the Go Green Plus assessment was 82%.
The Building and Owners Managers Association of Canada (BOMA) has specifically developed this unique national certification program for existing commercial buildings in order to recognize and reward environmental leadership within the commercial real estate industry.
