Canderel took ownership of the property in January 2005 and proceeded to completely renovate the building. At acquisition, Canderel parceled off surplus land and utilized excess density to create two adjacent development sites. In April, 2006 Credit Suisse purchased the building while maintaining Canderel as the property and leasing manager of the facility.
